TV and Streaming 101
Streaming TV (CTV/OTT) delivers video ads on platforms like Hulu, Roku, and YouTube TV via smart TVs, mobile devices, or streaming sticks. Unlike linear TV, which follows a broadcast schedule, streaming offers on-demand, highly targeted advertising. Great for cost-efficient customer targeting with measurable results, but has a higher CPM as a result.
When to Use It: When your dealership is proficient in the four pillars of dealer success, and when you understand your consumer profile or want to expand from linear TV.
When Not to Use It: If you have yet to establish the four pillars of dealer success, or you are looking for broad reach for brand awareness. Also, this is not the best method if you are targeting seniors 70+ years old.
